A living space for the whole family

This crucial aspect of the relocation requires good preparation before the family’s arrival.

The process begins with the Clients Service Manager analyzing the responses to the «accommodation questionnaire» brought by the family and ensures the feasibility of the assignment in relation with the consultant.
Once this stage is finished, the order of assignment is then sent to the consultant who begins the search.
 When the residences corresponding to the family´s criteria are found and approved by the company or the institution; the appointments for the visits are made.

All means are used "to unearth" good accommodation :
Internet, press, and especially a very broad network of contacts, which grows with years of experience.

 At the time of the visits, the consultant objectively presents, the advantages and disadvantages of the accommodation.

As soon as he gets the family’s consent, the Clients Service Manager proceeds with booking :

  • Sending the form to the estate agency,
  • Contacting the landlord,
  • Rereading of the lease, security deposit.

The consultant organizes the appointment for checking the state of the premises with or without a bailiff.
At this stage, the consultant makes the tenant aware of his responsibilities during the lease period and ensures the tenant he is working in his best interests as well of those of the company if necessary.

Also, the transferred employee and his family are assisted in the subscription for water, gas, electricity and telephone.
