What is your role exactly ?

The 5 essential stages are :

1 - advice to determine the best procedure according to the employee´ status,
2 - collection of documents «employers» and «employees»,
3 - creation of the file,
4 - sending the file to the administrations concerned,
5 - follow-up and finally the accompaniment until the official document(s) are obtained.

Precisely, for which formalities do you intervene ?

In France and abroad, we assist the employers in obtaining visas and residence permits with permission to work.
We also intervene, particularly for repatriates, in registering with social security schemes, local exchange of driver’s licence, registering a vehicle as well as registering with social organizations.

What qualities do you have in order to effectively carry out your job ?

Our team has long experience in this field and we regularly update our knowledge on laws and regulations thanks to a continuous training programme.
Our other strong point, it is our network of contacts in the ministries and administrations concerned. These privileged contacts considerably facilitate procedures and the follow-up of complicated files. Finally, we are able to guarantee our customers specific deadlines.
